Payment - A deposit is required before starting any custom order. We will send you an estimate once the design process is complete. All finished pieces must be paid in full before we ship.

Shipping - because each item is made by us once we have your order, please allow 7 to 10 business days before we ship. We will send via insured Priority Mail. Contact us for overseas shipping and any other shipping method.

Returns - Please contact us as soon as you can to determine whether your order can be modified or canceled. We have a 15 day return policy, however, custom designs and items special ordered, altered, cut, re-sized or manufactured to your specifications cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order for custom jewelry or special orders. Returns must be insured and arrive in original condition with all the parts and boxes.
